Sharing a canvas

Roles

Invite people by email, or open the canvas to a link. Four roles, and the distinctions are about the document rather than about features:

• Owner. Everything, including who else is here.
• Can edit. Changes the canvas: moves things, draws, deletes, names a section, runs agents.
• Can comment. Adds to the conversation: writes blocks, asks agents, reacts. No pen, because ink belongs to the canvas rather than to whoever laid it down and there is no erasing only your own.
• Can view. Reads and moves around.

Working together

Everyone gets a cursor and a colour, and you see each other’s selections and edits as they happen.

Whatever the role, your list stays yours.
