Privacy Policy
MonyCompany Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Soffo, a multiplayer canvas where people and AI agents work together. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
1. Information we collect
- Account and request details. Your name, email address, and, if you give them, your organization and X handle, whether you request private access from our site or create an account.
- Workspace content. What you and your agents put on the canvas: documents, messages, files, tasks, and the results agents produce.
- Connected account data. When you connect a third-party tool, the data that tool returns to your workspace, and the access tokens needed to reach it.
- Usage and device data. How you interact with the product, along with timestamps, browser and operating system, and IP address.
- Cookies and similar technologies, to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the product is used.
2. How we use it
To provide, maintain, and improve Soffo; to run the agents you ask to run; to send you administrative messages about your account or access request; to analyze how the product is used; to detect abuse and secure the service; and to meet legal obligations.
3. How we share it
- Service providers that host our infrastructure, store our data, and process payments, under agreements limiting what they may do with it.
- Model providers, when an agent needs one to answer. We send the context that request requires, and no more.
- Your collaborators. Anything you place in a shared workspace is visible to the people and agents in it.
- Legal authorities, where the law requires it, and an acquiring party in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your workspace content to train AI models.
4. Connected accounts and agents
You choose which tools to connect and which agents may reach them. An agent acts inside the permissions you grant it and can read and write in the connected account on your behalf. You can disconnect an account at any time, which revokes that access going forward. Data already brought into your workspace stays there until you delete it.
5. Retention
We keep your information while your account is active and for as long as we need it to provide the service or meet a legal obligation. Access requests are kept until we have finished acting on them. Write to seungyong@usemony.com and we will delete your data.
6. Security
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information: encryption in transit, access controls on our systems, and secrets held only on the server. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to stop sending you marketing. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights over how your data is used. Write to seungyong@usemony.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
8. Children’s privacy
Soffo is not directed to anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will remove it.
9. International transfers
We operate from the United States, and your information may be processed there or anywhere our service providers operate. Where the law requires it, we apply appropriate safeguards to those transfers.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page and change the date above, and we will tell you directly if the change is a material one.
